Rice is a dietary staple all over the world. I know that here in LA, I consumer it in all its delicious forms, from sushi rolls to pudding. I have a new appreciation for rice after participating in the Four Seasons Chiang Mai’s rice farming experience. We learned what Thai farmers do to cultivate this national crop, from paddy to table!
