How to Save on Luggage Carts
Don’t pay for a luggage cart when traveling domestically. Instead, go outside of arrivals near baggage claim and look for a cart that has not been returned near the taxi stand/pickup area or the parking lot. There are usually plenty of them—and besides, it gives you something to do while waiting for your bags.
