Travel Book of the Week: “Kitchen Confidential” by Anthony Bourdain

In honor of the king of travel’s death, this week we’re featuring Anthony Bourdain’s first book, which jumped-started his career. “” came out of an article he wrote for the New Yorker (““).

The humorous and eye-opening story was so well-received that he got a book deal out of it.
