How to Learn to Talk About Sushi

Do you love sushi? Are you heading to Japan (like our editor is this weekend)? If so, you might want to check out . It’s a simple page that has a photo and the English and Japanese names for many types of the stuff. And clicking a photo brings up the name in Japanese characters, which might help if you end up at a restaurant that doesn’t have an English menu. The dictionary also gives a full description of each as well as the regions it’s produced in and the time of year to get it. Personally I’m not a fan but my wife is (she’s the one who turned me onto this website).
