If You Buy an Error Fare, Don’t Do This

Copenhagen-Denmark-July-2010-178If you buy an airfare that you think is an error fare (one that usually sounds too good to be true), make sure to wait a few days before making non-refundable purchases like connecting flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises…because some airlines won’t honor these error/glitch/mistake fares (I can’t really blame them). Here’s an example of such a fare from today, which in fact might not be an error: . This one, however——was, and it ultimately wasn’t honored.
