Hi Johnny! I have been having some issues booking flights through flightgiftcard. We don’t travel often, but our kids gave us what seemed to be a wonderful Christmas gift of $150 from flightgiftcard. We are trying to plan a trip for all 4 of us and I have found the site somewhat difficult to use. I also have a $175 voucher from Allegiant. I have emailed them and they suggest I book 2 flights through them and 2 through Allegiant.I’m not sure how that would work! Your article speaks only of the purchase of this item and not how to actually use it. Plus, they increase fares. You can only book through them. the options for booking are From, To, Depart, Return, Passengers, Flight class, Preferred airline(optional), and All or Direct flights. They are based in the Netherlands. I have to say that after being thrilled at Christmas I am pretty disappointed with their service so far. As far as I know, there is no recourse for a refund or anything like that. I apologize for rambling, but I was surprised to see an article about them. Wish us luck! Thanks!

      Hi Gail,

I will email their PR and find out what they suggest. I haven’t used their service but will soon.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. You have to book the flights through their website at an increased price since the company add a mark up to all flights. This can vary depending on which airline is used.
