Do you go out to eat frequently? If your credit card only earns one point on dining rewards, you may want to look at other options. Many credit cards offer bonus points for dining that help you get more rewards in return. Since food is part of our everyday expenses, getting bonus points on restaurant purchases is an easy way to maximize your credit card benefits. Here is a list of dining rewards credit card options.

The Chase Sapphire Reserve earns 3x points on all travel and dining purchases and is a perfect match if you like to travel. As a premium travel rewards card, you also get some luxurious travel benefits including a $300 travel credit and airport lounge access.

If triple bonus point isn’t enough, your rewards points are usually worth more than with the Sapphire Reserve. Most credit card rewards points are only worth 1 cent each. With the Sapphire Reserve, your points are worth 1.5 cents each when redeemed for travel. You can also transfer them directly to your airline or hotel loyalty account where they can be worth 2 cents each! If you’re keeping track of the math, that’s double the average redemption value.

Some of the Chase Sapphire transfer partners include Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, and Hyatt. More information about the Chase Sapphire Reserve.
