I’ve read a couple of good news articles recently that helped shed light on which days to fly—and not fly—this summer.
First, Rick Seaney from wrote on FoxNews.com that to save money, since prices jump after that date. They don’t go down again in general until August 30th. They drop even more in mid-to-late October.
Then, ABC News New York interviewed CheapAir.com’s CEO Jeff Klee, who stated that this summer. That’s because it’s the Sunday after the July 4 holiday. He went on to say that Sunday is often the most expensive day of the week to fly while Tuesday and Wednesday are the cheapest.
