Since October is “Plan A Cruise Month” and I’ve given a couple great cruise tips (like this one) this week, I thought I’d share my number-one cruise tip, which will help those worried about gaining weight. We all know that cruises are filled with endless amounts of food, which makes it really difficult for passengers (at least for me) to control their appetites. I usually end up having two to three desserts a day! To combat all of those extra calories, I almost always take the stairs instead of the elevator while onboard a ship—even if it means going up 15 flights. The only time I make an exception is when I arrive and depart with my heavy bags.
