Video: Amtrak Train Douses Passengers with Snow

Have you seen this incredible video of an Amtrak train dousing passengers with snow in Rhinecliff, New York? It happened last week after snowstorm Stella dropped over 21 inches of snow in upstate New York (100 miles north of NYC). According to KARE-TV, “Witnesses said some people were knocked to the ground, with at least one minor head injury reported.”

Of course, train passengers (Amtrak and the rest) should always stand back from the platform edge to stay safe in the event that they trip, faint or worst of all are pushed, but this video provides another, very real reason to stand back from the line.
